We are currently working with Serena to build a cottage. After doing months of research on different builders, we decided to go with Serena at Discovery Dream Homes. Her attention and focus on us was unmatched and we felt valued immediately even with a smaller budget. Serena came to our vacant lot multiple times during the design phase to get a better understanding of the land and planning of the cottage. She was able to ensure our cottage was properly situated on our lot in order to get the best views and exposure. During the interior design part of the process, Serena helped us pick out colours and finishes that matched our design style.
